Green Building  The Office of Federal Environment Executive defined "Green Building" as "the practice of 1) Increasing the efficiency with which buildings and their sites use energy, water, and materials, and 2) Reducing building impacts on human health and the environment, through better siting, design, construction, operation, maintenance, and removal- the complete building life cycle." Master Builder SV incorporates energy efficient design through effective use of active & passive solar techniques, natural lights, insulation, ventilation, and floor plan design. Our choice of sustainable resource materials, efficient use of materials (even our water usage), use of safe non-toxic materials, and utilization of steel framing reduces wate, increases recycled and recyclable materials.
