We work with client's architect, our architect and we will recommend architect based on project requirement. Traditionally, client hires architect and completes design, then finds a contractor which can build according to plan at lowest cost. This process tends to lowers level of construction quality or raises cost of the remodeling project since cost control wasn't part of design process and any design change cost is expensive.
